Where the Hell is Break City?

ANDY: Our most popular call last night was from Chet (?) the Limo Driver (see the Chrysler 300C post below) from “Brick City” (not Break City, as I thought), which I just learned is a nickname for Newark, allegedly because of the ready availability of crack in handy economy-size brick form.
